Mr. Khatib has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry first as a Project Manager for a national contractor then as the CEO for Cedars Enterprises. His background as an Electrical Engineer enriched with his extensive experience with retail, office, industrial, tenant improvement have made him a versatile and valuable member of our team. Mr. Khatib’s attention to details in challenging environments and high profile projects, along with his ability to orchestrate strategic alliances with clients, sub-contractors and compliance agencies, have proven to be his fundamental keys to success.
